Creative testing without chaos: a 4-week cadence

How to ship 12 creative tests a month without melting your media buyer's brain — or your CAC.

Most "creative testing" is just shipping random ads and hoping something works. Here is the cadence I run for every account.

Week 1 — Angles

List every angle you have not tested. Group them by audience pain. Pick three.

Week 2 — Formats

For each winning angle from week 1, ship it in three formats: static, UGC, and motion.

Week 3 — Hooks

Rewrite the first 3 seconds of every winner. Same body, new hook.

Week 4 — Scale or kill

Move winners into an evergreen ad set. Kill the rest. Repeat.
